Some women have strange dreams or nightmares about the baby and about the birth. Talking about them can help you. Just because you dream something, it doesn&#8217;t mean it\u2019s going to happen. Relaxation and breathing which are taught in antenatal classes might be helpful.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drink warm milk before you go to bed. Warm milk releases tryptophane, a natural aminoacid which brings sleepiness.<\/li>\n<li>Do not eat much before you go to bed.
